Expansion of Student Service Portal

The Office of the University Registrar has launched a new student service portal that streamlines and simplifies the way that students and their families can get help with records and registration questions. This portal replaces the need to send an email to the Registrar’s Office, as students and parents, as well as other individuals, can use their home computer or mobile devise to  submit a short web form about their question or request. This will enable the Registrar’s Office team to efficiently assign requests based on topic to those who are best able to provide assistance. The new portal/case management system is the same tool being used by the Homewood Student Financial Support and Student Accounts offices. By linking to a single portal students and parents can connect with three student service offices.
