The Registrar’s Office is in the process of implementing a new degree audit system. We will update students when we have more information on when this new system is available. In the meantime, students can log into SIS to access a pdf of their degree audit. The pdf degree audit will show course information that was available in SIS by the date, 7/7/2023. Any course registration or grade information after 7/7/2023 will not show on the pdf audit.
We realize how important it is for students to track their degree progress during this transitional time. We are currently in the process of creating fillable checklists for students to use until the new degree audit system is in place.
Students can use these major and minor checklists to track requirements and/or work with faculty advisors in the department to complete the checklist.
It is important to note that if you want to access the pdfs as fillable forms you should follow these instructions, otherwise the document will not open as a fillable form:
- Locate the program of study checklist of interest to you.
- Hover your curser over the name of the document so that to the right of the document name you see three dots in a row appear. Looks like this
- Click on the three dots and from the drop down list select either (1) Open and then Open in Browser or (2) Download to retrieve the document as a fillable pdf.
